Have you ever felt held in place by something invisible? A feeling, a nudge, a truth waiting to be named? That’s what it means to be Graha’ed—to be seized by a planetary force moving through your life. In this class, you’ll explore the two brightest Lights in your chart—the Moon and the Sun—not just as symbols, but as living energies shaping your rhythm, purpose, and presence.

This is a deep, magical, 8+ week journey where you’ll track how the Moon teaches you to return to yourself, and the Sun calls you to rise. Through ritual, reflection, chart work, and live community gatherings, you’ll learn to speak their language—and walk with them, not just watch them. Enrollment opens once 5 participants join our circle. Ready?

Class Structure:

Group Size: We begin the class with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 participants, ensuring a close-knit, intimate container where vulnerability is safe, questions are honored, and connection can deepen.
Recorded Sessions: You’ll receive a rich library of recorded class teachings—covering core lessons, rituals, and practices—dropped into your account across the journey. These are in addition to the 4+ live Zoom sessions.
Live Sessions: At least 4 LIVE Zoom gatherings will be scheduled in advance. Each session includes a short lesson, chart work, and open Q&A—space to ask questions, connect, and deepen the shared experience in real time.
Timeline: This course runs over at least 8 weeks (still fine tuning - probs more like 10-12), with scheduled materials released to support rhythm, reflection, and real-life integration.

The Embracing Gaia Collection is the

foundation of all courses at Astrology & Soul.

The name was chosen intentionally—Gaia isn’t just a mythic figure, she’s a symbol of rooted wisdom, of remembering that your life is not separate from the energies moving through and around you.

In Greek tradition, Gaia is the original Earth—the pulse beneath your feet, the breath behind the seasons, the mother of all that grows and transforms. In this work, she reminds us that astrology is not just about the sky—it’s about how the planets land in your body, your timing, your choices, and your relationships.

This collection invites you to learn astrology not from a place of theory, but through rhythm, reflection, and embodied experience. You’ll begin with the Moon and Sun—our Lights—and move through the energies that grasp, stir, and awaken you.

It’s not about decoding your chart from the outside. It’s about learning to live it from within.

In ancient times, five of the planets were visible to the naked eye—but unlike the fixed stars that held their place night after night, these few lights moved. They wandered. The ancients watched them shift across the sky and couldn’t explain it. These strange, roaming bodies didn’t follow the same rules as the constellations. They defied the stillness of the heavens.

They called them wandering stars—a phrase that carried mystery, awe, and a whisper of something divine.

The Sanskrit word Graha means "to seize" or "to grasp," and that’s exactly what these planetary forces do. They don’t just move—they move us. They catch hold of our attention, our emotions, our decisions. They stir our dreams, challenge our patterns, awaken our instincts.

To be Graha’ed is to be in relationship with a force greater than logic. It’s magical. It’s intimate. And it’s the heart of this entire series.

This collection of classes explores how the planetary energies move through you—not as abstract ideas, but as real forces shaping your rhythm, reactions, and unfolding path.
